Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, fundraising, or assistance.

• Attempts to receive duplicate or improper benefits

Oston may suspend or close a campaign if information cannot be verified, circumstances change, legal or compliance concerns arise, or continued fundraising is no longer appropriate.

It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, immigration, or professional advice.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Oston owns or is authorized to use its website design, name, logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, campaign materials, and other content.

9. Applicant Content License

When an applicant submits a story, photograph, video, or other material and provides the required publication consent, the applicant grants Oston a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the approved material for the applicable campaign, charitable awareness, fundraising, reporting, and related nonprofit communications.

This does not authorize Oston to publish confidential verification documents.

10. Third-Party Services

The website may use independent third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, email providers, and social platforms.

Oston is not responsible for an independent third party's separate terms, systems, availability, or privacy practices.
